Food Network Channel and Rachel Ray as my Favorite Host
This food network channel is one of my favorite TV show, because it give me some tips on how to cook food. I liked Rachel Ray and I am a fan on her as while watching her show in food network channel it seems she is a lot of fun, nice to be with. I often watch her show and I like she talk fast (lol). She hosting shows such as "Tasty Travels," "$40 a Day," "Inside Dish," and "30-Minute Meals," the latter of which earned her Daytime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Service Show Host and Outstanding Service Show in 2006 and she has growing list of cookbooks includes 30-Minute Meals, $40 a Day: Best Eats in Town, Rachael Ray 365: No Repeats: A Year of Deliciously Different Dinners, Rachael Ray's Express Lane Meals: What to Keep on Hand, What to Buy Fresh for the Easiest-Ever 30-Minute Meals, Rachael Ray 2, 4, 6, 8: Great Meals for Couples or Crowds and many more. please let me know how to brown bay scallops frozen...I drained the juice, and set them on paper towels in the fridge for 20 min prior to cooking Them in olivem oil Tomake them seared and tender for wild rice with bacon and nuTs and onion and peppers Help... Denise in Utah
Dear Rachel how do you use frozen bay scallops and make them brown up for wild rice and other recipes? mine seem to never brown good and remain soggy...I did thaw and drain and let them sit on papertowls inthe fridge before I cooked them on medium high in olive oil, and some truffle oil....Help Denise in Mt Green, Utah
