The Spirit Movie

The Spirit is a 2008 American comic book adaptation, written and directed by Frank Miller and starring Gabriel Macht, Samuel L. Jackson, Sarah Paulson, Scarlett Johansson, and Eva Mendes. The film is based on the newspaper comic strip The Spirit by Will Eisner. Batfilm, OddLot, and Lionsgate produced the film.

Reading and hearing the title "The Spirit" sounds like a good movie but I was wrong than what I expected. The movie for me is doesn't blow me away and let me say, I do not like the movie as it was boring for me. At 1st, I wanted to go out as I thought it is just a waste of time and my eyes wanted to sleep while watching the movie and even I knew it was not good or boring, I watched it 'til the end together with my husband. There are some scene which is unwatchable and I do not know how to describe it. Well... I will rate the movie as 2 stars and if that's so, the movie is not really good.
